02 / Communication

Inquiries and bookings

A form may contain your name, email address or phone number, preferred date, time, rental length, number of quads and message. We may receive the same details by email, phone or WhatsApp.

We use them to reply, check availability, prepare an offer and arrange the rental. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract and providing the agreed rental. Contact details are needed so we can reply; fields marked optional may be left empty.

The inquiry is stored in the private calendar and emailed to the owner. If you provide an email address, we send an automatic receipt with the selected details. The calendar is not public. We do not make automated decisions or use inquiry details for marketing.

RetentionWe keep an inquiry while arrangements are active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Rental records are kept as required by accounting and other laws.
RecipientsZagorje Rent and our hosting, email and technical support providers, only where needed for their service.

03 / Visit statistics

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics for basic visit statistics, without advertising or remarketing. Analytics cookies are set only after you choose Accept. You can withdraw consent through Cookie settings in the footer.

Google Analytics cookiesSet only after acceptance and may remain for up to two years.
Analytics dataUser and event data is retained for no longer than 14 months; aggregate reports may remain available longer.

Analytics may include pages viewed, how you reached the website, approximate location and basic device and browser details. We do not send Google Analytics your name, contact details or form contents.

04 / Technical processing

Security and external services

The server may temporarily record an IP address, request time and address, response status and browser details. We use this for security, abuse prevention and troubleshooting based on our legitimate interest.

Hosting, email, Google Analytics, Google Maps and OpenStreetMap may receive technical data needed for their service. Google may process data outside the EEA under safeguards described in its terms. See the policies of Google and OpenStreetMap. Opening WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook takes you to that service.

05 / Control

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict processing and, where applicable, object or request data portability. You can withdraw analytics-cookie consent at any time.
