When you send an inquiry or booking request

The inquiry form asks only for what we need to reply: your name, email address or phone number, preferred date and rental length, and the message you choose to write. We may receive the same information if you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.

We use it to check availability, answer questions, prepare an offer and arrange the rental. We do not add you to a marketing list, and your inquiry is not sent to Google Analytics.

Once a time has been agreed, the owner may record it in the private availability calendar. The calendar stores the date and time, number of quads, name, contact details and any note needed to organise the rental. It is not publicly accessible. The details remain only as long as needed to provide the rental and resolve related questions, unless invoices or another legal obligation require longer retention.

Why do we process it?To take steps at your request before a booking and to provide the agreed rental.
How long do we keep it?An inquiry without a booking is kept only while communication remains relevant and for a reasonable period afterwards. Completed rental records are kept as required by accounting and other applicable laws.
Who can see it?Zagorje Rent and our hosting, email and technical support providers, only where needed to provide their services.

Analytics cookies are your choice

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are useful, how visitors find the website and whether it works well on different devices. We do not use it for advertising or remarketing.

Analytics cookies are not allowed when you first arrive. At that point, the website sends only limited information without analytics cookies, such as the fact that a page was opened and whether consent was given. We use these basic statistics in our legitimate interest to understand whether the website is working properly. If you select Accept, Google Analytics may set analytics cookies and distinguish visits and sessions more accurately; this more detailed measurement is based on your consent.

Visit statistics may include pages viewed, how you reached the website, approximate location, and basic device and browser details. We do not send Google your name, email address, phone number or form contents. You can change your choice at any time through Cookie settings in the footer.

Google Search Console helps us understand how the website appears in Google Search. It does not load a script on this website or set a visitor cookie.

Website security and external services

The server may temporarily record an IP address, request time and address, response status and basic browser details. These logs support secure website delivery, abuse prevention and technical troubleshooting, which is in our legitimate interest. We do not use them to build visitor profiles.

Google Ireland Limited processes analytics data on our behalf. Google may also process data outside the European Economic Area under safeguards described in its terms. Read Google's explanation of how it uses information from websites that use its services.

Detailed route pages load OpenStreetMap map tiles. OpenStreetMap Foundation may therefore receive the IP address and technical information needed to display the map. Its terms are available in the OpenStreetMap privacy policy.

The Google map of the pickup location on the homepage loads only when you approach that section. At that point, your browser connects to Google, which may receive your IP address, technical device information and map usage data. This processing is covered by Google's privacy policy.

When you open WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps or another external link, you leave our website and the selected service's privacy terms apply.

Your data, your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may object to processing and request data portability. You can withdraw analytics-cookie consent at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

To make a request or ask a question, email info@zagorje-rent.hr. If you believe your data has not been handled lawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.

Has the way we use data changed? We will update this page and clearly show the new date. We will not quietly expand the purposes for which we use your information.
